About Me
As the founder of Virtual Insights and a recognized leader in Digital Health, I have dedicated my career to transforming the way care is delivered through innovative technology. I was proud to pioneer the first national Telehealth Technology Strategy for Kaiser Permanente, impacting over 12 million members. This milestone reflects my passion for driving thought leadership and uniting diverse teams to achieve common goals.
With experience in leadership roles at organizations like Kaiser Permanente, McKesson Health Solutions, Universal American Corporation, and the TriZetto Group, I have consistently translated business objectives into actionable plans. One of my proudest achievements was leading the design and implementation of the largest national Remote Patient Monitoring System, which enhanced Care Management Nurses' efficiency by 65% and improved patient outcomes. I also helped revive a struggling hosting solution in the Payer market, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency within just 18 months. These experiences have earned me recognition, including the Fierce Innovation Award and Digital Edge25.
I'm known for my entrepreneurial spirit, mission-driven mindset, and commitment to mentoring others. I am passionate about enhancing organizations’ capabilities while helping to shape the next generation of leaders. At my core, I believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality, affordable healthcare, and that belief continues to drive me in my work.
I hold an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
